1) Employer participates

2) Local bank originates the loan
The home purchase or build is financed through a participating local bank.
3) Incentive is forgiven over time
A forgivable loan structure rewards long-term homeownership and workforce stability.
Baseline structure (example)

- • 10% incentive for new construction (example: $20k–$50k)
- • 4-year forgiveness term
